Frequently asked questions
I live abroad. Can I still rent out my apartment?
Yes. You sign online, we keep in touch by WhatsApp, phone, e-mail or video call, and we pay your income to any SEPA bank account. You never need to travel.
Can I sign the contract online?
Yes. We send a secure link, you read the agreement and sign it electronically, confirming with a code sent to your e-mail. The signed copy is e-mailed to you.
Which apartments do you take on?
Apartments in Naujoji Akmenė, Venta and elsewhere in Akmenė district — empty, already rented, or needing some preparation. We can organise cleaning, small repairs or furnishing at cost.
What if a tenant doesn't pay?
We monitor rent every month and act immediately: reminders, a payment plan, and if needed termination of the lease. You are informed about every delay.
Who declares the rental income for tax?
